Tom Durkin

Tom was an amazing man, and he made such a huge impact on all of our lives.  It’s painful every day to know that he is no longer with us.

I thought it would be nice if we all had a place where we could go to, to remember Tom, someone that was so dear to all of our hearts.

I was fortunate enough to come across my grandfathers old computer hard drive that he kept a lot a his writings on.

All of the links on the side are of his raw, unedited writings exactly as I found them on his hard drive.

He only left us with ONE recipe, HOWEVER, what I would love from all the family members, is to email me.  I would love to have you send me recipes that either were taught to you by Tom, or that bring back memories of him to you. I will add them to the recipe section and make sure to acknowledge who submitted them.
